The start of a new adventure
As an Aurovilian, I figured I'd try this platform for some anonymous scribblings. I love Auroville, and I love fiction. So I thought: why not stir them together and see what happens?
What to expect
Short stories, mostly. Some in English, some maybe in other languages (thank you, translation tools!). They'll generally be about Auroville, its current adventures and misadventures, and the world we find ourselves in. Simple, evocative, to-the-point. Basta.
‘Chronicles of Dawn’ - a first series
First up is a nine-chapter series called 'Chronicles of Dawn', about a place on Earth which no nation could claim as its own, where all human beings of goodwill who have a sincere aspiration could live freely as citizens of the world and obey one single authority, that of the supreme truth. But hey - any resemblance to current events or persons, living or mythological, is purely coincidental and exists only in your imagination. Wink, wink.
Posting schedule?
Well, let's start with what I know: I'll post the nine chapters of 'Chronicles of Dawn' weekly. After that? Your guess is as good as mine. It'll depend on whether these stories find their tribe, whether new ideas keep bubbling up, and whether I still have the juice to write them down. We'll see - tomorrow's another dawn.

Any life lessons?
Eat good food. This incarnation is brief, so might as well make it tasty. Share meals with people you love - joy often hides in these simple moments. And don't try too hard to be spiritual - we're all just stumbling forward as best we can. True spirit tends to show up when you're not looking for it, usually in silence and humility.
